Summary: Staff were excellent! MEGHA MONDAL at the reception, was especially superb and highly professional in helping me with all my several check-ins/check-outs. She was really outstanding and highly helpful with various late check-ins during my local travels. I found her exceptional and easy to communicate and glad that Taj Krishna has such superb staff with warm professional skills. Heartfelt thanks to Ms. Harmanpreet for the warm welcome, thoughtful room upgrade, the birthday cake for our daughter, and the delightful surprise gifts for the kids. A big appreciation to Mr. Fayaz for his personal care and attention at the restaurant, ensuring our family – especially the little ones – had everything we needed.
